The whole team worked hard to get us a buyer, and when that buyer dropped out they all worked hard again to get another. I would especially like to recommend Wendy who put in so many hours to move the chain along, when it seemed that nobody else was doing anything. There is another Basingstoke agency, whose name begins with C and ends with **, who were in our chain twice. They seemed to do nothing, so Wendy had to leapfrog them to talk directly with two other solicitors. My only minor criticism is that it 6 weeks to realise that the original buyer had not even organised a mortgage valuation. However, we did get a second buyer quickly at an increased offer price.
