The house was initially updated back in 2005 and has been consistently improved upon ever since by the same owners. In 2007 the Conservatory was built with full planning permission, and the Porch was also added the same year. Cavity wall insulation and an additional 200mm insulation was added to the loft space, also 2010. A short while later in 2012 both soffits and facias were replaced. In 2016 the boiler was replaced, and within the same year part of the garage was converted to a WET room, including disabled ramp to front. The electrical fuse board, and Conservatory roof were replaced with fully insulated light weight roof making the space more useable all year round, again all works completed 2016. In 2023 the electric roller garage door was replaced with warranty, also in the Summer of 2023 all windows were replaced with new UPVC windows by Rainbow Windows with 10 year warranty,
